We offer three options you may include in any dinner package. The selections and prices are:

Family-style $4 .50 per person (choose 3)
Sauteed Mushrooms - Mushrooms and green onions in demi glaze sauce
Fried Calamari or Shrimp - Seasoned & fried, served with cocktail sauce
Artichoke - Served warm with garlic aioli
Pizza - Choice of Vegetarian, Chicken & Mushrooms, Pepperoni or Pizza Di Capra
Caprese - Sliced tomato and fresh mozzarella and basil with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Bruschetta - Garlic toast with mozzarella, pesto & roasted peppers

Individual $8 per person (choose 3)
Sauteed Mushrooms - Fried Calamari - Fried Shrimp - Artichoke - Caprese - Bruschetta
Carpaccio - Raw beef slices with olive oil, capers, lemon, parmesan and onion slices
Potato Crab Cakes - Potato crab blend served with salsa and sour cream
Salmon Ravioli - Blend of salmon, ricotta & herbs in tomato dill sauce
Cappellini Pomodoro - Pasta with fresh tomatoes, basil, wine & garlic

Buffet Style $15 - $30 per person   -  We will customize selections to suit your needs.

Pasta Primavera - Fettuccine with crisp vegetables julienned in tomato cream sauce
Eggplant Parmigiana - Tender eggplant slices baked with mozzarella & marinara sauce
Linguini Di Capra - Eggplant. peppers, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, & goat cheese
Manicotti - Spinach pasta filled with assorted cheeses & herbs with marinara
Tortellini - Cheese filled pasta with choice of Pomodoro, Alfredo or creamy tomato dill
Herb Chicken - Marinated boneless breasts with a light lemon sauce
Chicken Picatta - Boneless breasts, capers, lemon and demi glaze
Chicken Parmigiana - Chicken breasts with mozzarella & marinara sauce
Linguini Piquante - Grilled chicken, mushrooms & olives with spicy red sauce
Chicken Risotto - Italian rice, grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, Marsala cream sauce
Pork Chops - Boneless chops, pitted cherries and orange brandy sauce
Lasagna - Signature blend of beef, sausage, salami, fresh pasta and cheeses
Grilled Sole - Tender Petrale sole with seedless grapes and lemon butter sauce
Linguini & Meatballs - Meatballs and sauteed mushrooms in a rich meat sauce
Linguini & Clams - Fresh linguine with clams in a light wine sauce
Linguini Contadina - Chicken breast slices with crisp vegetables and cream sauce

In addition to the selections in Menu D-3 you may select from these entrees for a total of four choices:

Stuffed Shells - Giant pasta shells stuffed with crab, bay shrimp and cheeses in a cream sauce

Chicken & Polenta - Boneless breasts with sweet peppers, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms
Chicken & Prawns Marsala - Boneless breasts, jumbo prawns in an orange zest Marsala sauce
Chicken Saltimbocca - Prosciutto & mozzarella stuffed boneless breasts with a mushroom cream sauce
Beef Angelo - Filet Mignon on bed of warmed spinach with garlic mashed potatoes

In addition to all the previous selections in Menu D-3 and D-4 you may add the following for a total of four entree choices:

Shellfish Bordelaise - Prawns, lobster, scallops and mushrooms in a garlic butter sauce
Cioppino - Assorted shellfish and seafood in a spicy fresh tomato sauce
Scallopini Saratoga - Sliced natural fed veal topped with prawns, mushrooms and a light lemon sauce
Rack of Lamb - Rack with chef's special sauce with garlic mashed potatoes
Filet Saratoga - Filet mignon topped with grilled prawns and sauteed mushrooms served with garlic mashed potatoes
Grilled Ahi Tuna - Seared medium rare with a light lemon butter sauce or blackened
