Upon receipt of your $100.00 deposit ($200.00 for December events) the following
will apply:

Deposits by check, cash and non refundable credit card charges will be deducted
from your final bill. Deposits become non refundable 30 days prior to all
weekend and December events.

Room choice will be based on your initial count. You will be charged the
for the minimum required for the room you reserve. If you reserve the larger
room and your final count falls below the minimum of 24, you will be moved
to the smaller room if it is available or you will be charged for 24. If
you have reserved the smaller room and your count falls below 15, we will
move your party to a non-private area (space available) or you will be charged
for the 15 guest minimum. Child menu orders are excluded from the package
guest count.

Menu selection must be made one (1) week in advance.

Final counts are due three (3) days prior to your function. You will be charged
your menu package price for the final count submitted.

All alcohol including wine must be purchased from Bella Saratoga.

An additional $50 for each 15 minutes exceeding a three hour limit may be
charged.

An 18% gratuity and appropriate tax will be added to your bill.
Please no confetti or confetti-like table decorations.
